A memorandum of agreement (MoA) signing took place between UTMSPACE, Global Property Academy Sdn. Bhd.  and Eco Development Facilities Sdn. Bhd  amidst a signing ceremony organized on 8^thSeptember 2017 at UTMSPACE Kuala Lumpur.

Prof. Ir. Dr. Mohd Azraai Kassim, UTMSPACE Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer,  Mr Zaharin Ahmad Zamani,  Director of Global Property Academy Sdn. Bhd., and Tuan Haji Akashah Majizat K.M.N, Principal of Eco Development Facilities Sdn. Bhd signed the MoA on behalf of their respective organisations witnessed  by Assoc. Prof. Sr. Dr. Zakaria Mohd Yusof, Director of Continuing Education of UTMSPACE, Mr. Lim See Seng, Chief Executive Officer of Global Property Academy Sdn. Bhd., and Mr. Mohamad Khairi Mt. Isa, Business and Logistic Officer of Eco Development Facilities Sdn. Bhd.

The major thrust of the MoA is to promote mutually beneficial cooperation between the two organisations in various fields including property management and environmental sustainability. The purpose therefore of signing this MoA is not only to develop, promote and provide sustainable courses as an effort in creating new pathways for lifelong learning, but also to take full advantage of the opportunities offered by these new partnerships.
