UTMSPACE signed an MOU with China Malaysia Universal Management Consultant (CMUMC) on 16 December 2023 in Guangzhou, China. CMUMC will be UTMSPACE international training and student recruitment centre in Guangzhou. UTMSPACE and CMUMC will collaborate in identifying a few potential higher education institutions in China to franchise UTM programs such as Foundation and Degree under TNE initiatives. Vocational and Technical Colleges in China are also interested to send their students to further study in UTM. UTMSPACE will collaborate with CMUMC related company, Sierra Skyline Sdn Bhd to promote and offer professional development programs in Malaysia.

UTMSPACE delegates took the opportunity to visit EIC Education and EIC Academy which are actively involved in recruiting China students to study abroad.
